The invitation describes accepting the invite, opening the dashboard’s Redeem area and connecting your chosen platform. Follow its platform and region instructions. An accessible invitation page does not guarantee a key for every account or region.
Already have test access?
Keep the existing entitlement and update the game. The November Tech Test announcement says existing testers do not need to apply again. Being entitled to the test does not mean public matchmaking is open at every hour.
Cannot find the test after redeeming?
First check the library of the platform account that received the entitlement. A store page showing a wishlist button is not, by itself, proof that your account has no test access. If the entitlement is still missing, use the support route attached to the invitation or the official player support site.
Key accepted, but cannot play?
Check the test schedule and queue availability. A duplicate-key message is a different problem: see what duplicate product code means.
